i am not gonna explain what happened (its on my LJ) but i had a very scary experiance that has made me very frightned for my health - iam very sore at the moment still but i intend to go to the chemist tomorrow to get a small test or something (otherwise i am
gonna be stressed all weekend)

I hope that everything turns out okay for you! Don't upset yourself and remain calm until you get whatever the problem is checked out.

Stressing yourself out will give you more problems that you definitely don't need.

i ended up having an anxity attack over it - but i am slowly recovering at the moment - i have a very nasty fright

Believe me, I know how you feel. I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling so bad right before the holidays. Take a deep breath, sit down, and relax. Don't jump to conclusions until you've seen a professional. You'll just make yourself feel very sick.

i have chronic depression which makes me prone to anxity attacks - and it sucks that this happened right before christmas cause its made me feel very down
